Lauren Fox is an actress, singer, writer, breathwork facilitator, and restaurateur.

Lauren’s tribute shows on the music of Joni Mitchell, Leonard Cohen, Laurel Canyon, Woodstock, and the rock and roll groupies of the 60’s and 70’s have played clubs and performing arts centers around the country, and in London,

all to critical acclaim.

She is a MAC, Bistro and Nightlife award recipient.

As an actress, Lauren has worked in film, television, and stage, including the world premiere of Norris Church Mailer’s play, “Go-See,” at the King’s Head Theater in London, England.

Lauren's screenplay, "Atlas of the Soul," is in development at a major studio.

Lauren, along with her sister, Haley, are the founders of Alice’s Tea Cup,

a teahouse with several locations in New York City.

In 2019, Lauren and shamanic practitioner, Erica Flannes, co-founded Alchemy of the Elements. Based on nature's elements and the moon's cycles, they have brought healing breathwork, shamanic meditation,

and ritual practice to hundreds of people around the world, in-person and online.
